The Sentosa-Brani Master Plan and Seascape

Sentosa and the neighbouring island of Pulau Brani are the subject of a long-term plan for their future as a leisure destination. This guide summarises what the plan sets out and where Seascape, at the eastern end of Sentosa, sits in relation to it.

The Plan Around Seascape

The Sentosa-Brani Master Plan was announced on 20 September 2019 by the Sentosa Development Corporation. It is planned to unfold in phases over the next two to three decades, and it groups the two islands into five zones: the Vibrant Cluster, the Island Heart, the Waterfront, the Ridgeline and the Beachfront.

The plan is about leisure and attractions. Sentosa Cove, the residential district of the island and the setting of Seascape, is the established neighbourhood beside it.

What the Plan Covers Near Seascape

Each of the five zones is planned with a character of its own, arranged around the Island Heart, and the plan places a number of leisure areas along the water’s edge. The Sentosa Development Corporation publishes the plan and reports on its projects as they move forward, and it remains the reference for what is planned in each zone and when.

The plan includes the Sensoryscape, a landscaped link of about 30,000 square metres between Resorts World Sentosa and the beaches of the southern coast. Tanjong Beach, at the eastern end of that coast, is about a kilometre from the site, and Palawan Beach about 2.0 kilometres, as the southern shore guide describes.

Reading the Plan as a Seascape Buyer

Master plans set direction, and their projects are confirmed and timed one by one by the agencies concerned, so the Sentosa Development Corporation remains the source for the details and progress of each project. Seascape itself is complete: the homes, the pools, the clubhouse and the gardens have been built and in use since the Temporary Occupation Permit was issued on 25 February 2011, and the lease runs to 8 June 2106.

Seascape and Sentosa Cove Today

For daily life, Sentosa Cove already provides the ONE°15 Marina club about 0.7 kilometres from the site and the restaurants of Quayside Isle about 0.9 kilometres away, both measured on OneMap in a straight line. The location page gives every distance from Seascape, and the latest updates record its milestones.
