Details are used to answer the enquiry about Seascape through the Sales Concierge: sending the e-brochure, the floor plans or the price list, arranging a viewing appointment, answering a question, or, when asked, sending updates of the kind listed under latest updates. They are not used for anything unrelated.
How the Seascape Forms Are Processed
Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, recorded securely in a Cloudflare database and emailed to the Sales Concierge through Resend, an email delivery service; these providers process the details only to deliver the enquiry.
How Long the Seascape Enquiry Data Is Kept
Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. Earlier deletion can be requested at any time.
PDPA Rights on the Seascape Website
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, anyone may ask to see the personal data held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent to its use. Requests sent to sales@seascapesentosacove.com.sg are handled within a reasonable time, and once consent is withdrawn the Sales Concierge stops all contact about Seascape.
