Seascape Pools and Terraces

The Sky Pool is the long pool on the seaward side of the grounds, lined with spa seats and bordered by the Ocean Terraces, so that swimmers look straight out over the strait. Further inland, the Forest Pool sits among the gardens near The Great Falls, with a wading pool for children beside it, and The Cascade runs down between the two blocks.

The Great Deck gives the grounds a central gathering place, the Party Terrace sits by the function room, and the Garden Terraces run along the landward side of 59 Cove Way. The photographs on the gallery page show the pool deck at sunset and the terraces at dusk.

Seascape Gardens and Paths

Planting at Seascape is organised as a series of named walks. The Mangrove Path runs near the entrance, Plumeria Alley curves around the pointed end of 57 Cove Way, and the Palm Garden closes the far end of 59 Cove Way. Along the shore, a promenade of lawns and coconut palms separates the pool terraces from the rock edge of the sea.

Inside the homes, the penthouses and both villas have lap pools with spa jets of their own, the Sky Villa an outdoor jacuzzi, and every home a private lift lobby. The floor plans show where each private pool sits.
